Congress does not get it. They have to punish someone for the misfortunes of some bad mortgage lending practices that were allowed to go on from the largest mortgage lending banks in the US. Now these very banks are counseling Congress on a new law, HR 3915 which will significantly hurt the way consumers buy homes in the US. (click for Full Story)
