Ameri Dream or Nehamiah - What Is The Difference

What is the difference between Ameri Dream or Nehemiah? Both are down payment assistance programs which allow people to buy homes with little or no money out of their pockets. But there is a minor difference between these two programs. Ameridream will allow you up to a 10% gift while Nehemiah will only allow you to go to 6% of the purchase price as a gift.
